摘  要:对活塞环槽表面的激光热处理工艺与机理进行了试验研究。结果表明:激光热处理后活塞表面硬度可达58HRC,使用寿命提高1.5倍以上,认为晶粒细化、马氏体高密度位错和固溶含碳量是获得活塞环槽超高硬度的主要原因。该工艺无需淬火介质,加工速度快、变形小,耐磨性好,易实现计算机控制,可进行大型零件局部表面及复杂零件和槽、孔、洞等特殊部位处理。The laser heat treatment process and mechanism on the surface of piston ring groove were studied. The results show that the surface hardness after laser heat treatment can be up to 58 HRC, the service life can rise more than 1.5 times, The grain refinement, high-density dislocation martensite and solid carbon are the main reason for getting ultra-high hardness of piston ring groove. The process has the characteristics of running without quenching medium, fast processing, small deformation, good wear resistance, and easier to realize computer-controlled. In this way, large-scale and complexity of the surface of local parts and special position of groove, pore, hole can be easily treated.
