雌激素对大鼠心内神经节免疫因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)表达的影响(英文)

摘　　要：为了研究雌激素是否对大鼠心内神经节白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的表达有影响,本研究采用免疫组织化学方法观察了IL-6在成年雌性正常大鼠、卵巢切除大鼠、卵巢切除后雌二醇替代大鼠心内神经节的表达及变化。结果显示:各组大鼠心内神经节均存在IL-6阳性神经元,但卵巢切除组大鼠心内神经节IL-6阳性神经元明显增多,表达明显增强。以上结果提示,大鼠心内神经节内存在IL-6的表达,其表达受雌激素的影响。To study whether the expression of interleukin-6 （IL-6） was influenced by estrogen in the rat intrinsic cardiac ganglia, the expression and variance of IL-6 positive neurons in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of females rats, which were intact, ovariectomized or ovariectomized ＋ treated with 17β-estradiol, were measured using immunohistochemical staining technique. The results showed that IL-6 positive neurons were present in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of these three groups of rats, but the positive neurons increased remarkably in the cardiac ganglia of ovariectomized rats. It suggests that IL-6 is present in the rat intrinsic cardiac ganglion, and that estrogen can regulate the expression of it.
