摘　　要：目的通过常规基波成像(FI)和组织谐波显像(THI)技术对比,探讨超声自然组织谐波成像在胆囊病变中的应用价值方法采用基波显像和组织谐波成像对63例胆囊病变患者进行对比观察。结果63例患者FI与THI图像对比分析,后者图像整体质量均得到明显改善。结论组织谐波成像能明显改善二维图像质量,有助于提高超声对胆囊病变的诊断准确率。Objective To investigate the value of tissue harmonic imaging（THI） in the diagnostic of gallbladder lesions by comparing with conventional fundamental imaging （FI）. Methods FI and THI were performed on 63 patients with gallbladder lesions. Results Imaging quality in all 63 cases was significantly improved on THI compared with FI. Conclusion The tissue harmonic imaging is superior to fundamental imaging in the improvement of imaging quality and in the diagnosis of gallbladder diseases.
