犬疱疹病毒的分离鉴定

摘　　要：犬疱疹病毒引起１周龄以下仔犬严重和高死亡的疾病，用犬肾传代细胞ＭＤＣＫ，从濒死发病犬的肾脏器官分离获得一株疱疹病毒，经鉴定为犬疱疹病毒。培养液观察病毒大小为１４０ｎｍ有囊膜病毒，核酸型为ＤＮＡ，对乙醚敏感，对热抵抗力弱，５６℃经４分钟灭活，ｐＨ４．５时３０分钟失去感染力，用分离毒接种７日龄的幼犬引起典型的疱疹病毒感染症状，并从人工感染试验的幼犬回收到病毒。One local strain of Canine Herpesvirus causing several diseases and high mortality in one week old puppies was isolated and identified to be canine Herpesvirus by the culture on MDCK cells from kindeys of a dying puppies.Results showed that the size of the viral particle was about 140 nm with envelope and the nucleic acid of the isolate was DNA.Virus could be inactiveted by cipid solvents such as ether.56℃ for 4 minutes and pH4 5,respectivily,and obtained again from the isolate challeged puppies with typie canine herpesvirus symptom.
