黑叶猴与雌性白头叶猴的血液生理生化指标测定

摘　　要：对北京动物园饲养的黑叶猴（５，♀８）和白头叶猴（♀４）３２项生理生化指标进行了测定，并按种类、性别分组统计，对雌性黑叶猴与雄性黑叶猴之间及雌性白头叶猴与雌性黑叶猴之间进行了差异性检验。结果表明，雄性黑叶猴ＲＢＣ、Ｈｂ、Ｈｃｔ显著高于雌性黑叶猴，而Ｇｌｕ、ＴＧ和α１－球蛋白低；雌性白头叶猴仅单核细胞显著低于雌性黑叶猴，其他项目差异不显著；２只亚成年（４岁和３．５岁）雌性黑叶猴的血清ＡＬＰ含量明显高于其他成年猴。与滇金丝猴的ＲＢＣ、雄性滇金丝猴的Ｈｂ、Ｎ、ＡＬＴ比较，黑叶猴对应的值低，而Ｌ、ＡＳＴ、ＡＬＰ则偏高；恒河猴参考值中，多项参数与黑叶猴之间存在着明显差异，其中ＲＢＣ、Ｈｃｔ、Ｎ、Ｋ、Ｐ、ＴＧ、ＡＬＴ、ＡＳＴ、Ａ／Ｇ低于黑叶猴，而Ｌ、Ｇ则高于黑叶猴。Thirty two items of hematological and blood biochemical indexes of tonkin langurs (Presbytis francoisi, 5, ♀8) and white headed langurs (Presbytis francoisi leucocephalus, ♀4) kept in Beijing Zoological Garden were measured and reported. These data were analysed statistically in the light of the species and sexes. The results showed that the values of RBC, Hb, Hct of tonkin langur in male were significantly higher and the values of Glu, TG and α 1 Globulin lower than those in female. Between female white headed langur and female tonkin langur, all values excepting the monocyte percentage had no significant difference. The activities of ALP of two sub adult female tonkin langurs were much higher than those of other adult ones. The values of RBC, Hb(), Neutrophils, ALT of tonkin langur were lower than those of the Yunnan golden monkey (Rhinopithecus bieti). In comparison with the rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta), the values of RBC, Hct, Neutrophils, K, P, TG, ALT, AST, A/G of tonkin langur were much higher and the Lymphocyte percentage and Globulin concentration lower.
