摘　　要：上海京剧院新编历史故事剧《廉吏于成龙》的演出在各地引起了强烈反响。梁波、戴英禄、黎中城、王涌石四位编剧为剧本创作付出的心血,是演出获得巨大成功的基础。剧本以小说为依据,但却不是简单地加以剪裁编排,而是根据戏曲的艺术特质和表现的需要,对小说提供的情节加以概括提炼,汲取精华,并充分发挥想象,向人物性格和内心世界的纵深处开掘,使故事更为精彩,人物形象更形丰满,为小说改编成戏曲剧本提供了有益的经验。New historical play Honest Official YU Cheng -long by Shanghai Peking Opera Troupe has evoked worldwide repercussions throughout China. LIANG Bo, DAI Ying -lu, LI Zhong -cheng, WANG Yong made painstaking efforts in creating the play and their efforts are the basis of the great success. The play is based on the fiction, but instead of simple adaptation, the playwrights summarize the fiction plot and take the essence according to the unique characteristics and expressional requirement of Xiqu opera, and make use of imagination to dig characters＇inner world so that the story is even more wonderful and the characters are even more vivid. The success of the play provides beneficial experience for the adaptation from fiction to Xiqu opera.
