摘  要:针对活性污泥法处理综合医药废水容积负荷低、出水水质不稳定的问题,设计了以生物膜为核心的厌氧/兼氧/好氧组合工艺,并在现场进行了为期半年的中试研究。试验包括生物膜培养驯化、快速降解和稳定运行三个阶段,在稳定运行阶段总水力停留时间平均为84 h,混凝沉淀出水COD平均为353 mg/L,对COD的平均去除率达到95.6%;硝化池出水氨氮平均为1 mg/L,去除率为99.5%,均达到了排入管网的标准。中试结果表明:该生物膜组合工艺抗冲击负荷能力强、脱氮效率高、出水水质稳定。Because of low volume load and inconsistent effluent quality in the treatment of complex pharmaceutical wastewater by the activated sludge process, the combined anaerobic/anoxic/aerobic process with biofihn was applied in a 6 month pilot-scale test. The pilot-scale test consists of three stages of biofilm domestication, rapid degradation and stable operation. In the stable operation stage, the total HRT is 84 h. The average effluent COD concentration after coagulation and sedimentation is 353 mg/L with its removal rate of 95.6%, and the average effluent NH3 - N concentration of the nitrifying tank is 1 mg/L with its removal rate of 99.5%. These effluent concentrations reach the drainage network standards. It is concluded that the combined biofilm process has better resistance to shock loads, high nitrogen removal efficiency and consistent effluent quality.
