摘 要:炭/炭复合材料机加工粉尘有其独特的特性,粉尘量大、收集难度大。据此,针对该材料粉尘的产生和粉尘特性进行了详细分析,并对粉尘的收集方法进行了比较。选用旋风惯性除尘和滤筒式除尘串联的除尘机组,同时对滤筒除尘工作原理及滤筒材料的过滤性能作了介绍和分析。采用该除尘机组除尘,通过对排出到室外空气和车间内空气的检测,除尘效果比较理想,各项指标完全符合国家环保标准。There are the unique character for the dust in the carbon-carbon composites processing, with the characteristics of a large quantity and collecting difficulty. This paper mainly analyzed the production and character of the carbon-carbon composites processing. By analyzing the character of dust in the dust and comparisoning the collection methods, the tornado inertial dedusting and cartridge dedusting equipment were adopted. The principle of the cartridge dedusting equipment and performance of filter material were mainly introduced in the paper. By analyzing and detecting the dedusting effect, adoping cartridge dedusting equipment is idealer and is able to make the air excluded by dedusting equipment accord with environmental protection standard.
