摘　　要：PON作为FTTx的重要解决方式,越来越受到业界的重视。EPON凭着其成本低、网络结构简单等优点在PON技术应用中成为一大热点。本文展现了EPON的优势,结合掌握的测试数据,总结分析了EPON设备在国内的应用状况,阐述了EPON设备交互存在的问题并提出整改建议,最后展望了EPON未来的发展趋势。People are paying more and more attention to PON which is an important method for FTTx. EPON with its low lost and simple network structure becomes a hotspot. This paper shows the advantages of EPON, analyzes the status of EPON applications with the testing data, describes the problems for the interaction between EPON equipments and looks to the future development of EPON.
