摘  要:通过培养基转移实验,观察人红细胞系白血病细胞(K562)受60Coγ射线照射(0.5、1.0、2.0、5.0和8.5Gy)后的条件培养基(ICM)对未受照细胞的损伤情况,用健康人外周血自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的变化来间接反映,并观察了未受照的K562细胞的凋亡率。结果显示,以受照后K562细胞的培养基去培养未受照的K562细胞,检测到其对NK细胞的敏感性明显升高,未受照的K562细胞的凋亡率明显升高。提示辐射引起的旁效应现象,初步分析了旁效应的剂量学特征和时间效应特征。In this study, irradiated conditioned medium (ICM)method is adopted to study the bystander effect and associated mechanisms. Natural killer (NK) cells were obtained from healthy male peripheral blood. ICM irradiated with different doses of 60^Coγ rays was used for culturing K562 cell strain. At different time with varying doses, the degree of injury of K562 cell by activated NK cells were detected, as well as the apoptosis frequency of K562 cell was investigated. The results showed that severer injury was induced in K562 cells cultured in ICM than in the control (sham-irradiated) (p 〈0.05). And the apoptosis frequency of K562 cell was increased significantly compared to the control (p 〈0.05). The existence of bystander effects will be potential for low dose exposure assessment.
