负压肛管吸引及腹部按摩减轻肝炎与肝硬化患者肠胀气的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨缓解重症型肝炎和肝硬化患者肠胀气的方法。方法应用改制的8号肛管与简易负压吸引器连接进行负压肛管排气，同时加用腹部手法按摩患者腹部，比较肝炎组和肝硬化组患者治疗15min和30min后效果。结果两组均有良好的疗效，治疗15min和30min的各项指标比较差异无统计学意义。结论负压肛管吸引及腹部手法按摩能够有效减轻重症型肝炎和肝硬化患者的肠胀气，一般治疗15min即可见效。Objective To explore the approach in relieving intestinal tympanites in severe hepatitis and cirrhosis patients. Methods The reformed 8# anal tube was linked to a simple negative pressure aspirator to carry out negative pressure blind enema. Abdomen massage was conducted at the same time. The effects 15 minutes and 30 minutes after the therapy were compared between the hepatitis group and the liver cirrhosis group. Results There were good effects in the two groups. But there was no obviously significant meaning in each index for the two groups treated for 15 minutes and 30 minutes. Conclusions Negative pressure rectal tube suction in combination with abdomen massage could effectively relieve intestinal tympanites in severe hepatitis and cirrhosis pateints. The therapy generally takes effect after 15 minutes of treatment.
