摘　　要：目的：建立快速筛查蛋白粉类保健食品中非法添加三聚氰胺的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器方法。方法：样品以适量1%三氯乙酸溶液提取,2%乙酸铅溶液沉淀蛋白,离心后上清液经0.45μm滤膜过滤后直接进行HPLC分析。结果：方法检出限为0.28 mg/kg,在0.05～1.6 mg/L的范围内有良好线性关系（r〉0.999）,测定重复性好（RSD〈0.4%）,DAD光谱可准确排除阴性干扰。结论：方法简便、快速,灵敏度高,可推广应用。Objective：To establish a rapid screening method nitrogenous health food products illegal to add melamine in the high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector method.Methods：The sample was amounted to 1% of the TCA extraction solution,2% of lead acetate solution for protein precipitation.After being centrifuged,supernatant layer was filted by 0.45 μm membrane for HPLC analysis.Results：The detection limit was 0.14 ng,with the linear range of 0.05～1.6 mg/L（r〉0.999） and good reproducibility（RSD〈0.4%）.Spectrum of diode array detector can be ruled out negative interference.Conclusion：The method is applicable for the screening of melamine in nitrogenous health food products.
