摘　　要：目的：建立粮食中氰化物的顶空气相色谱测定方法。方法：采用氰胺T将氰化物衍生成氯化氰,顶空气相色谱法,电子捕获检测器进行检测。结果：本法检出限为0.05 mg/kg,氰化物在0～60μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为90.0%～96.4%,相对标准偏差小于7.5%,与国标法比较无显著性差异。结论：该法操作简便、快速、准确可靠,可用于粮食中氰化物的检测。Objective：To develop a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of cyanide in grains.Methods：Determination of cyanogen chloride derived from reaction of cyanide and chloramine T was carried out by headspace gas chromatography with electron capture detector.Results：The limit of quantification was 0.05 mg/kg.The calibration curve showed good linearity in the range of 0～60 μg.The mean recovery was 90.0%～96.4% and the relative standard derivations lower than 7.5%.It had no significant difference with national standard method.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid and accurate.It is suitable for determination of cyanide in grains.
