摘 要:目的:采用离子色谱法同时测定生活饮用水及水源水中亚氯酸盐、溴酸盐、二氯乙酸(DCAA)、氯酸盐和三氯乙酸(TCAA)离子的方法研究。方法:该方法所用色谱柱为AS19色谱分离柱,流速0.8 ml/min;抑制器电流65 mA,直接进样,进样量为240μl,柱温30℃,电导检测,峰面积定量。梯度淋洗条件:0~14 min 8 mmol/L KOH淋洗液,14~29 min 8~45 mmol/L KOH淋洗液,29~32 min 8 mmol/L KOH淋洗液。结果:测定方法相关性好(r〉0.997),线性范围宽,精密度高(RSD〈2.86%),准确度好。结论:方法简便、快速,无干扰,灵敏度高,有较高的实用价值。Objective:To establish a new method for quantitative detection of 5 DBPs in drinking water and resource water including chlorite,bromate,DCAA,chlorate and TCAA at the same time by ion chromatography.Methods:The analysis was carried out on an IonPac AS19 column with KOH solution as gradient eIution.The content of KOH was 8 mmol/L at the beginning for 8 min,then gradually changed from 8 mmol/L to 45 mmol/L within 15 min,and vary to 8 mmol/L after 29 min,and maintained for 8 min.The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min,the current of suppressed conductivity detection was 65 mA and the temperature of column was 30℃.The samples was inject directly and the injection volume was 240 μl.Results:The method with wide linear range achieved good linearities(r〉0.997).The relative standard deviation was below 2.86%.Conclusion:The method with satisfactory results is simple,rapid,lowly disturbing and highly sensitive in detecting 5 DBPs.
