摘 要:针对以低浓度过氧化氢作为液体燃料的硅基微推进器,采用高速可视化手段考察过氧化氢分解形成的气液两相流在微喷嘴扩张段的流动特征。发现流型总体特点是泡状流型阶段和环状流型喷气阶段交替出现。在环状流喷气阶段,微喷嘴扩张段内的气液界面呈现特殊的瓶颈形结构,形成瓶颈形流型结构的微液滴在微喷嘴出口处往复运动,形成单向止回阀效应,使得环状流喷气过程呈现周期性间断的特点。According to the silicon based micro thruster with low density hydrogen peroxide solution as fuel, the characteristic of two phase fluid flow pattern formed by hydrogen peroxide decomposing was visualized on the divergent section of micro thruser. It was found that the micro channel was dominated alternatively by bubbly flow and annular flow. Gas-liquid interface on the divergent section presents bottle neck shaped structure during the time of annular flow pattern. Mechanism of the bottle neck shaped structure was attributed to the reciprocating motion of micro liquid drop near the outlet of the micro channels, which forms check valve effect. The annular flow was interrupted periodically by this annular flow.
