摘　　要：论文在一定的假设条件下,根据影响钢材价格变动的三个主要因素,分别建立了冷轧板价格与CP I指数模型、冷轧板价格与国内铁矿石价格模型、冷轧板价格与国际铁矿石价格模型以及冷轧板价格与CP I指数、国内铁矿石价格、国际铁矿石价格的综合模型,并对价格变动作趋势分析,从而为鞍钢以及相关行业制定企业的经营决策、战略目标提供一定的依据.在此基础上,总结了所建模型的优点与不足,并对所出现误差的原因作了解释.On the basis of some assumptions, three models about Cold-rolled plate price with CPI index, domestic iron ore price and the price of the international iron ore are established according to the three main factors influencing the price of steel. Also, the change tendency of the steel price is analyzed which might offer some valuable advice for the development of Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation and related industries to formulate management decisions and strategic objectives. Then based on the above models, a model of Cold-rolled plate price with the CPI index, the price of domestic and international iron ore are finally established. At the same time, the advantages and shortcomings of these models are summarized.
