摘 要:基于直线感应电机一维电磁场分析,考虑直线电机端部效应、初级端部半填充槽、磁路饱和、次级背铁电阻等影响,认为端部效应将影响电机的互感和次级电阻,对此采用系数K′x(s)和C′x(s)、Kr(s)和Cr(s)进行修正,给出计入修正系数的直线电机单相T型等效电路模型。根据功率守恒原则,对电机三相电压、磁链和电流进行派克变换,得到两相同步坐标系下的数学方程和等值电路,其形式与旋转电机相统一,有利于此类电机运行控制的实现。对电机起动点的4个校正系数、互感和次级电阻进行分析计算,并对不同工况下的推力分别进行理论研究和实验测试。测试结果与理论分析吻合较好,表明所得模型可行,具有一定的工程应用价值。T model equivalent circuit of short primary single-sided linear induction motor (SLIM) is achieved based on one-dimensional model, which takes end effects, primary half filled slots, york magnetic saturation and back iron resistance into consideration. Four coefficients, i.e. Kx′(s), Cx′(s), Kr(s), Cr(s) are used to describe influence on mutual inductance and secondary resistance brought by end effects. Then, park coordinate transformation, according to power conversion, is applied in three phase voltages, flux linkages and currents, in which two phase relevant equations and equivalent circuits in synchronous axis are gained. Unification between these models and those of rotary inductance motor (RIM) is obtained, which contributes to implementation of control schemes. Furthermore, four coefficients, mutual inductance, secondary resistance at starting point and investigates thrust are analyzed under different operating conditions. The simulation results agree with experiments well, which indicate that the new model is credible and useful to engineering application.
