摘  要:为解决低励磁阻抗多绕组变压器建模、多绕组变压器复合短路阻抗及多并联支路间电流分配计算的问题,基于组合式场路耦合分析,给出一种高效、通用的多绕组变压器建模和阻抗参数设计方法。根据初步设计的变压器结构,采用磁场能量法,二次开发出基于ANSYS参数化设计语言(ANSYS parametric design language,APDL)的三维静态磁场专用分析程序,计算出多绕组电感矩阵,并以此为依据构建多绕组变压器的线性仿真模型,进行相关仿真研究。通过仿真结果反馈的信息适当修改变压器结构以满足要求。实验结果表明,所提方法能够准确计算出多并联支路间电流分配,各种短路工况下复合短路阻抗计算结果可满足工程实践的需要。Modeling for the multi-winding transformer with low magnetizing impedance, calculation of composite short-circuit impedance and current distribution among parallel multi-branch for multi-winding transformer are three concerned engineering problems which have drawn much attention for a long time. In order to solve these problems, an efficient and universal approach based on combined field-circuit coupled method was proposed. According to the abecedarian transformer structure and by magnetic field energy method, a special 3-D static field analysis program based on ANSYS parametric design language (APDL) was redeveloped to calculate the multi-winding inductance matrix. On the basis of the calculated inductance matrix, the linear simulation model of multi-winding transformer was established and related simulation research was carried out. According the feedback simulation results, the transformer structure could be modified until it satisfies requirements. By the presented method, the current distribution among parallel multi-branch is obtained with high precision. Moreover, the calculation results of composite short-circuit impedance on different short-circuit conditions also satisfy the engineering requirements.
