摘  要:针对继电器触点分断过程热场分析方法不足的现状,提出一种基于ANSYS软件的有限元瞬态机–电–热间接耦合仿真方法。将随触点接触力变化的接触面积作为耦合约束条件加载到电–热场仿真中。采用等效比热法解决相变的非线性问题,同时采用耦合不同节点自由度的方法模拟接触面积的变化。分析结果符合?-θ理论和触点收缩区方向上的温度分布规律,为进一步研究触点分断过程中金属液桥过程及电弧烧蚀过程的热场分布奠定了基础。Owing to lack of transient thermal analysis method for contacts breaking process study, a structural-electrical-thermal coupled simulation method of contacts breaking process was presented based on ANSYS software. Contact area which varies with contact force was applied as coupled constraint conditions to the electrical-thermal field simulation. The non-linear problem of phase-change was solved by using the equivalent specific heat method, and the variation of contact areas were simulated by coupling different sets of nodes. The simulation results agree with φ-θ theory and temperature distribution in the direction of constriction region. It is valuable for studying molten metal bridge process and arc erosion process during breaking for further study.
