摘 要:设计实用的区域电网节能发电调度模型必须解决两大难题:首先必须满足电网的安全稳定运行要求,跨省交易电力不能超过联络线的最大输送能力;其次必须考虑跨省输电中的线路损耗,考虑线损后再对跨省机组的煤耗进行折算。文章在充分研究上述约束因素的基础上,给出了基于机组煤耗高低匹配替换的区域电网节能调度模型及其算法,通过对具体算例结果的分析,阐述了该模型在区域电网节能减排方面的积极作用。To design a practicable energy conservation dispatching model, two difficult problems should be solved the first one is the requirement for the secure and operation of power network should be satisfied and the trans-provincially transacted power cannot exceed the maximum transmission capability of tie-lines; the second one is the line loss during the trans-provincial power transmission has to be considered and on this basis the coal consumption rates of the generation units that provide the trans-provincially transmitted power should be converted to that in destination province. After the detailed research on above-mentioned constraints and based on the high-low matching and conversion of unit coal consumption rates, an energy conservation dispatching model for regional power network and corresponding algorithm are given. By means of analyzing the calculation results of concrete examples, the positive roles of the proposed model played in energy conservation and reduction of polluting emission are expounded.
