摘 要:以酸性绿B染料废水为研究对象,在单因素试验的基础上,选择染料废水初始pH和H2O2投加量及超声功率为自变量,以酸性绿B降解率为响应值,采用响应面分析法研究各自变量及其交互作用对酸性绿B超声降解的影响,并通过回归方程求解和响应曲面分析,得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型.结果表明,染料废水初始pH和H2O2投加量及超声功率与染料降解率存在显著的相关性.确定酸性绿B废水超声降解优化条件:初始ρ(酸性绿B)为100 mg/L,初始pH和超声功率分别为4.43和216 W,H2O2投加量为1.77 mL.在该优化条件下,酸性绿B的降解率可达93.34%.经试验验证,实际值与模型预测值拟合性良好,偏差仅为3.48%.On the basis of a single factor experiment,initial pH of Acid Green B dye wastewater,dosage of H2O2 and ultrasound power were selected as independent variables,and degradation ratio of Acid Green B as the response value.Response surface methodology was employed to investigate the effects of the independent variables and their interactions on ultrasonic degradation of Acid Green B.A predictive polynomial quadratic equation model was developed by solving the quadratic equation as well as analyzing the response surface plots and their corresponding contour plots.ANOVA and response surface analysis results showed that initial pH of dye wastewater,dosage of H2O2 and ultrasound power had significant correlation with the degradation of Acid Green B.The optimum conditions of ultrasonic degradation of Acid Green B wastewater were determined to be initial dye concentration 100(mg/L),pH of dye wastewater 4.43,ultrasound power 216 W and the dosage of H2O2 1.77 mL.93.34% of Acid Green B was degraded under the optimal conditions.The adequacy of the model equation for predicting the optimum response values was verified effectively by the experiment,and the experimental values agreed with the predicted values of the model equation with 3.48% deviation.
