摘 要:以QY20汽车起重机为研究对象,利用ADAMS软件建立了汽车起重机的虚拟样机模型,并对其带载回转工作过程进行了仿真,获得了在某一时刻突然卸载时支腿的振动情况曲线,据此分析汽车起重机起升最大重量时整机的稳定性。分析结果表明,该QY20汽车起重机设计合理,即使在吊臂垂直于侧方倾翻线的位置并突然卸载这一最不利的工况下,也能保持相当好的整机稳定性。同时,通过稳定性验算验证了ADAMS软件分析方法及结论的正确性。与传统的设计方法相比,文中基于ADAMS软件的设计方法更能满足高效、灵活、多样化的设计要求。This paper is mainly to make a study of QY20 truck crane. The Virtual Prototype model of the truck crane is built by using ADAMS software and the simulation of the working course of rotating with weight is done. The vibrating curve of the Supporting Legs when suddenly unloading is obtained. Based on this, analyze the stability of the crane system while rotating with the maximum weight. The result of analysis indicates that the design of this QY20 truck crane is reasonableness. Even if under the most disadvantageous working condition when arm is perpendicular to the lateral capsizal line and suddenly unloading, the crane can keep the quite good complete machine stability. At the same time, the stability checking calculation has verified ADAMS software analysis method and the conclusion correctness. Compared with traditional method, the ADAMS method in this paper can satisfy the design need of efficient, flexible and diversified design.
