摘　　要：介绍了U型板折板机的PLC控制系统设计,在分析控制要求的基础上,设计气动系统,选用S7-200 CPU222控制器,并设计出相应控制程序。控制程序包含:复位操作、单周期、单步加工控制和误动作的禁止环节,程序设计精巧、运行效率高。该折板机工作性能稳定、操作方便、经济适用,能很好地满足中小规模型材厂批量加工需要。The U board folded plate tool design of PLC Control is presented, the pneumatic system is designed, the simatic S7-200 CPU222 PLC is elected, the control program is projected based on analysis control request. The control program is made up of the replacement manipulated, the single cycle work, the single step work and the mistake action inhibition, so the program is ingenuity in design, and run faster in efficiency. The folded plate tool work stabilization, it＇s use is facility, it＇s cost is inexpensive, it is very satisfied with batch manufacture in medium-sized and minitype enterprise.
