摘　　要：健康奶牛所产的牛奶中都含有一定数量的体细胞。这些体细胞主要是与免疫相关的细胞和老化脱落的乳腺上皮细胞,是乳腺新陈代谢的产物。本文综述了在正常生理代谢的情况下,年龄、胎次和泌乳阶段对乳体细胞数的影响。The milk produced by healthy dairy cows contains certain amounts of somatic cells,which are mainly comprised of immune function related ceils as well as aged and failing-off mammary epithelial cells.Somatic cells are normal metabolites of mammary glands.This article discussed the effects of age,parity and lactation phases on somatic cell count （SCC）in normal physiology situations of dairy cows.
