摘 要:目前,我国发电厂运行性能指标与其设计水平存在较大差距,其中辅助设备的缺陷是主要障碍之一。存在的问题主要有:凝汽器压力偏高,机组冷端经济性差;凝结泵、风机、制粉系统电耗高,生产厂用电率偏大;空气预热器漏风严重;暖风器选用过高品质的抽汽源等,累计影响电厂供电煤耗大于10(g/kW.h)。针对机组辅机存在的诸多问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并提出对其节能降耗的具体意见,为以后辅机选型匹配、运行优化、技术改造等提供了一些参考。There are large different parameters between the operating performance and design level of power plant in China and the defect of auxiliary equipment is one of major obstacles. There are major problems as follows: higher pressure of condenser; poor economy of eold end of power wnit; higher energy consumption of condensate pump, fans and coal powder pulverizing system; larger house-service power; serious leakage of air from preheater and larger quantity of steam extraction for air heater, ect. , which have made coal eonsuption in the power plant larger than 10 (g/kW ·h). Reasons have been analyzed against those existing problems in auxiliang equipment and eountermeasures have been put forward for energy saving so as to make the reference to future selection of auxiliary equipment and optimum operation.
