中国沙皮犬精子的超微结构观察

摘　　要：应用扫描和透射电镜对中国沙皮犬精子的超微结构进行了观察.结果表明,中国沙皮犬精子头部呈扁卵圆形,长度约5.77μm,宽约3.28μm,顶体发达,颈部和尾部横切近圆形;颈部很短,长约1.16μm,直径为0.72μm;尾部总长约56μm,其中中段长约9.12μm,直径约0.87μm,与主段套管式连接,线粒体螺旋数平均约为46转,轴丝为9×2+2型.The ultrastructure of Chinese Shar-pei （CSP） sperm was observed with transmission electron microscopy （TEM） and scanning electron microscope （SEM）. The results showed that the head of sperm was oval and flat in shape and 5. 77μm in length, about 3.28 μm in width. The acrosome was large and surrounded the most part of the anterior of the nuclear surface. The cross-section of neck and tail was roundlike. The short neck was 1.16 μm in length and 0. 72 μm in diameter. The total length of the tail was 56μm; the mid-piece of the tail was 9. 12 μm in length and 0. 87 μm in diameter, consisting of approximately 46 gyres of mitochondria arranged in a helix. Its axoneme filament consisted of 9 groups of two symphysis of microtubes surrounding a core of 2 microtubes. Its main-piece was joined with midpiece like an overpipe. The axoneme filament at the end-piece ranked in ＇9×2＋2＇ type.
