摘  要:选用两个早熟玉米自交系F244和ZP291,在三叶一心期,用一定浓度梯度的Na2CO3溶液(5~30 mmol.L-1)对玉米幼苗进行胁迫处理,7 d后测定地上部株高、叶片干重、叶绿素含量、相对电导率、Pro含量、SOD活性、MDA含量和根系活力变化规律,研究玉米苗期对碱胁迫的生理响应。结果表明,当Na2CO3溶液浓度为30 mmol.L-1时,幼苗均枯萎死亡;在5~25 mmol.L-1范围内,随着Na2CO3溶液浓度的增加,株高、干重和叶绿素含量逐渐降低,Pro含量和相对电导率逐渐增加,SOD活性则在0~10 mmol.L-1范围内逐渐增加,超过10 mmol.L-1后开始下降。根系活力下降。The physiological indexes such as plant height of seedlings, dry weight, chlorophyll content, relative conductivity, proline content, SOD activity and MDA content of leaves and root vitality of two precocious inbred lines of maize were measured after six days under treatment of different concentrations (5-30 mmol·L^-1) of Na2CO3 in this study. The results showed that all the seedlings were died when concentration of Na2CO3 was 30 mmol·L^-1, and when concentration of Na2CO3 was less than 25 mmol·L^-1 ,with the increasing of Na2CO3 content, plant height, dry weight and chlorophyll content were declining, relative conductivity and proline content were increasing gradually, SOD activity was increasing when concentration of Na2CO3 was less than 10 mmol· L^-1,then began declining. Root vitality was declining.
