摘　　要：机械加工过程中,工件在夹具中定位时,定位误差是影响加工精度的重要因素之一。它的分析与计算方法至关重要,因此分析过程中概念必须清楚,给出的公式必须准确。采用公差带图解法对基准不重合误差进行分析,得出计算通式,并对基准位移误差分析提出个人见解。Positional error is one of the most important factors, which effects machining accuracy when workpieces are allocated in fixture in machining. The concepts must be clear and the given formulas must be correct during analyzing, because the calculation and the method of analyzing are crucial. The graphical method of tolerance zone is used to analyze the benchmark misalignment errors, and then educe the computational general formulas, and the personal opinion is put forward to analyze benchmark displacement errors.
