摘  要:为构建驱油复合菌系并对提高原油采收率的能力进行评价,在50℃条件下通过长期限制性培养,以乳化和降解石油的能力为指标,获得一组高效稳定的驱油复合菌系。复合菌系发酵液对原油具有降粘和降低表面张力的作用。室内岩心驱油试验表明,水驱后复合菌系驱可提高石油采收率14.47%。2007年9月20日在大庆杏6-3-丙605油井进行了吞吐试验,截止2008年7月31日,采出液平均含水率由93.15%降至90.69%,日产液量提高69.86%,累计增产原油203.95 t。表明复合菌系适应地层油藏条件,具有增采作用。In order to obtain the composite microbial system for oil displacement and evaluate the capacity of oil-displacement, an inoculant with high effective and stable oil displacement was obtained with the method of limited cultivating using emulsification ability and degradation rate to the petroleum as a criterion at 50 ℃. The ferment liquid of the composite microbial system could reduce viscosity and the surface tension of oil. Coreflooding experiment indicated that the microbial community could improve oil recovery by 14.47% after waterflooding. The microbial huff and puff test was carried out at the Xin 6-3-Bing 605 oil well in Daqing on Sept. 20, 2007. Up to July. 31, 2008, average water cut rate decreased from 93.15% to 90.69%. The daily increment rate of the liquid output was 69.86%.The increment in oil output was 203.95 t. The composite microbial system for oil displacement could grow under the oil reservoir conditions and enhance oil recovery efficiency.
