摘　　要：在全球经济一体化的大环境下,我国金融市场正逐渐向全世界开放,其与世界黄金市场融为一体是必然的趋势。本文分析了与我国一样起步较晚的纽约黄金市场迅速崛起的成功因素主要是美国强大的经济支持、期货交易方式和充裕的实物黄金供给量,从中得出纽约黄金市场发展对我国黄金市场走向世界的启示。Under the increasing globalization of the world economy, the Chinese financial market is opening to the world gradually, and thus, China＇s gold market will inevitably merge and interact with the international gold market as a whole. By studying the New York gold market which is quite similar to ours on the point that both started quite late, we found the reasons of its success, i.e. the strong economic growth of the US, the mature trade mode of the futures and the rich reservation of gold.
