摘　　要：介绍了当前流媒体的发展状况及移动流媒体和一边流媒体的区别,给出了一个移动流媒体的发布系统模型,该模型共分4个子系统:媒体抓取系统、移动流媒体服务系统、移动流媒体发布服务器和媒体回放系统。详细的介绍了抓取系统的组成,流媒体服务器发展的现状,移动流媒体发布服务器的协议,媒体回放系统的组织结构等。最后总结了该系统地可行性以及其在当前IT领域发展中的地位。A simple description about the current mobile stream is written. A mobile streaming media profile is designed. There are four components in the profile： Net spider for streaming media, mobile streaming media server, Stream media delivery server and mobile streaming media client. A detailed analysis of every component is given. At last, a conclusion about the profile of mobile stream is done and the state of streaming media search and delivery technology is analyzed.
