摘 要:针对恒温水浴高精度温度控制要求,将基本模糊控制与仿人智能控制有机融合,并结合DSP的PWM控制,提出了一种恒温水浴温度的复合智能控制方法;当目标温度与水浴实际温度误差大时,系统采用模糊控制以减少温度超调和上升时间,当目标温度与水浴实际温度误差小于模糊控制的静态误差,系统采用仿人智能控制以减少温度控制的系统误差;将这种采用复合智能温度控制方法的恒温水浴应用于重力式毛细管粘度仪,实验表明,恒温水浴的超调量小,稳态误差≤0.05℃,优于粘度测量的国家标准。For stable and precise temperature of constant temperature water tank, a complex intelligent control method with PWM control for water tank temperature is proposed, which combines basic fuzzy control with human--simulated intelligent control (HSIC), and is implemented by DSP, When the temperature error e between the desired temperature and actual temperature in the water tank is large, the basic fuzzy control is employed in rapidly reducing the rise time and the system overshoot; to reduce the steady--state error of basic fuzzy controller, the human--simulated intelligent controller is applied. All experimental results show that the overshoot of constant temperature water tank in gravity--capillary viscometer is small and its steady--state error is not more than 0. 05℃, which is better than the Chinese National Standards for viscosity measurement.
