摘 要:无刷直流电机是一种集功率半导体和永磁材料于一体的新型电机,它既具有直流电机的优良调速性能,又具有交流电机结构简单、维护方便、运行可靠等优点;无位置传感器无刷直流电机更是克服了传统无刷直流电机在恶劣环境下,位置传感器容易受到干扰而无法正常工作的缺点,扩大了无刷直流电机的应用范围,提出了基于数字信号处理器DSP(Digital Signal Processor,简称DSP)TMS320F2812和复杂可编程控制器件(Complex Programmable Logic Device,简称CPLD),构成的无位置传感器无刷直流电机的伺服系统,制定了系统的设计方案,详细分析了以TMS320F2812和MAX7000(EPM7032)为核心的控制电路、功率逆变电路和转子位置识别电路的工作原理;测试结果表明,该系统抗干扰性强,鲁棒性好,可以精确地实现无位置传感器无刷直流电机的控制。BLDC Motor which has many advantages including perfect speed adjusting performance of DC Motor and simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation of AC Motor, is a new type motor based on power semiconductor and permanent magnetic material. Sensorless BLDC Motor extend the application range with the most advantage that it can operate normally in had condition. The design of sensorless BLDC motor sevro system based on DSP (TMS320F2812) and CPLD (EPMT032) is presented, and the system scheme is proposed. The principle of control circuit based on DSP and CPLD, power inverter circuit and the location of rotor recognition circuit are analyzed. The performance of sevro system is tested, the result shows that the sevro system could give a good performance on sensorless BLCD Motor.
