摘　　要：20世纪90年代中期以后,以江泽民同志为核心的第三代领导集体在深刻分析冷战后国际安全形势的新变化和总结国际安全理论的基础上,提出了以互信、互利、平等、协作为核心的新安全观,从安全的内涵、目标、模式和维护安全的手段等方面实现了对传统安全理论的重大突破和创新。After Mid-1990s, under the leadership of the third generation of central leaders with President Jiang Zemin at the core. a new security theory with mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality and cooperation as the core has been established on the basis of analyzing the change of international security in the post-Cold War era and the summarized international security theories. The theory reflects key breakthroughs and innovations in terms of connotation, objective, model and means of maintaining security.
