紫珠草抗脂质过氧化作用的实验研究

摘　　要：紫珠草水提液可明显抑制大鼠肝、心、肾、脑匀浆脂质过氧化及由过氧化氢引发的小鼠红细胞脂质过氧化及溶血过程；小鼠ig水提液1g／kg·d，连续6d，全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力显著高于正常对照组（P＜0．05）。Lipid peroxidation of tissue homogenate of liver,kidney,heart and brain of rat.lipid peroxida tion and hemolysis of red blood cell reduced by hydrogen peroxide were inhibited markedly by the water ex tract of Callicarpa cathayana H. T.Chang.Mice pretreated with this extraction successively for six days,re sulted in a significant increase of Whole blood glutathione peroxidase activity as compared with that of the control.
