摘  要:松动圈厚度值是一个多因素综合指标的体现,利用该值进行松动圈围岩分类,有效克服了原岩应力、围岩强度、采动影响、地下水等诸多影响围岩稳定性因素难以测定的困难.因此,采用合适方法并严格按测试步骤测得的松动圈厚度值真实可靠,可作为控制围岩设计的依据.用超声波无损检测分析仪进行某矿51103工作面运输顺槽和辅运顺槽围岩松动圈测试,并以测试结果为依据进行了相应的锚杆支护设计,矿压观测表明,该支护设计方案可行.The thickness value of loosen zone presents multi factors and comprehensive indexes, and it effectively overcomes the difficulties of testing the in-situ rock stress, surrounding rock strength, underground water and other factors affected to the surrounding rock stability by surrounding rock classification base on the thickness value. Therefore, the more reliable thickness value of loosen zone can be got by the proper methods and strict steps. The ultrasonic nondestructive testing analyzer is used to test the loosen zones of the haulage gate and aided haulage gate for the 51103 working face in a certain colliery, a bolt support design is made by the testing result. It shows by the mineral pressure observation that the support designing scheme is feasible.
