开髓治疗对冠心病患者心率血压心电图的影响

摘　　要：本文对一组患急、慢性牙髓炎,同时有冠心病的患者,在开髓治疗过程中,进行血压、心率、心电图变化的观察。其结果表明:在开髓治疗过程中,患者因注射局部麻醉剂、开髓时不适感,以及精神紧张、焦虑等应激因素的作用下,引起血压升高,心率加快。部分患者因原有冠状动脉供血不足导致心肌缺血的现象进一步加重,出现心电图变化。从而提示我们在开髓治疗时,要做好精神安慰、并采取一定的预防措施,以达到患者顺利地完成开髓治疗,又不致引起异常的心功能变化。A key issue in dental practice for patients with coronary heart diseases is to avoid any risk factors incurred from dental treatments. In this study , the heart rate, blood pressure and electrocardiogram of 70 patients with coronary heart diseases were monitored during pulp treatments. The aims were to obtain basic information on dynamics of heart functions and seek means of controlling any disturbance. The results showed that significant increases of heart beat rate and blood pressure could be found while local anesthesia, pulp approaching were performed. Those could be related to pain created by the operating actions of to anxiety of the patients. Several patients suffered from very light degree of ischemia of heart muscles, suggested by their electrocardiograms. Therefore, a full explanation and consolation, effective local anesthesia and essential emergency equipment are necessary for dental patients with heart diseases.
