研究平板运动试验准确率分析

摘　　要：平板运动试验是临床上最常用的评价心肌缺血和协助诊断冠心病的检查方法之一.影响平板运动试验准确率的因素很多，导致其假阳性和假阴性的比例比较高.常见的假阳性的因素有性别、临床表现、基础心电图、运动试验中的表现、疾病影响、药物和电解质紊乱的影响等;常见的假阴性的因素有运动量不足、冠脉病变较轻、血管狭窄部位相互对应、建立了良好的侧支循环、病变部位、胸痛症状、药物影响等.Treadmill electrocardiogram test is one of the most popular test method applied in clinical diagnosis of myocardial ischemia and assistance diagnosis of coronary heart disease. The factors taking effects upon the accuracy of treadmill exercise test are more, thus resulting a higher proportion for the false positive and false negative ratio. The common false-positive factors involve below as sex, clinical manifestations, ECG, exercise test performance, disease impact, drugs and electrolyte imbalance, while the common false-negative factors involve below as less exercise quantity, less coronary artery disease, mutual correspondence to narrow part of Mood vessels, establishment of good collateral circulation, lesion region, chest pain symptoms, drugs influence, etc.
