摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿脐带绕颈的彩色超声多普勒血流（ODFI）诊断价值。方法应用彩色超声多普勒探测为脐带绕颈病例68例与临床对照。结果68例胎儿脐带绕颈的ODFI超声诊断符合率为92％（P〈0.05）。结论ODFI诊断胎儿脐带绕颈准确率高．可清楚显示脐带绕颈圈数及脐带远端走向，还可测定脐带动脉血流阻力指数S／D比值，估计脐带绕颈的松紧度及有否胎儿宫内窘迫，对产科临床指导意义大。Objectives To evaluate the diagnostic value of cord neck entanglement with colour Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） . Methoda 68 fetuses with cord neck entanglement were monitored with CDFI and compared with clinical diagnoses Results. Among the 68 cases , comparing CDFI with the clinical diagnoses , the coincidence rate was 92% （p〈0.05） . Conclusions. It is accurate in diagnosing cord neck entanglement with CDFI . The circles and the distal directions of the umbilical cord can be displayed exactly , the S/D ratio was measured （index of resistance of cord arterial flow） and the degree of tightness of cord neck entanglement can be also estimated . It is of great significance in the clinical obstetric to judge whether exited fetal distress .
