摘　　要：目的通过对闭合性肾损伤病人的密切观察，及时发现异常的病情变化，采取有效的护理措施，减少并发症，促进病人康复。方法对85例肾脏闭合性损伤患者进行严密的病情观察及积极的护理。结果78例患者经保守治疗，7例患者手术治疗，无死亡病例，均获痊愈。结论闭合性肾损伤的非手术治疗中．监测生命体征，绝对卧床休息，观察血尿程度，观测生化指标是观察和护理的重要内容，提高护理质量，是提高生命质量的关键。Objective. Through the observation of the patients with closed injury of kidney, to promptly discover the abnormal changes of patient＇s condition, and take utility nursing intervention to reduce complication and promote patient＇ s rehabilitation. Methods. Rigorous observation and energetic nursing were made of 85 patients with closed injury of kidney. Results： 78 patients were treated with non-surgical operation, 7 patients were treated with surgical operation, 85 patients all were healed. Conclusion： In the course of non-surgical operation, it is important content of observation and nursing that monitoring vital sign, absolute bed rest, viewing the degree of blood urine and biochemical indicator. To elevating quality of care is criticality of elevating quality of life.
