摘　　要：回顾了中国航天系统工程与项目管理发展历程,提出了航天系统工程与项目管理技术过程和管理过程的主要要素,分析了技术过程与管理过程的关键环节,给出了后续需要继续研究和创新的重点内容。This paper reviews the development history of China space system engineering and project management, proposes the main elements of management process and its technical process, analyses the key aspects of both processes, and provides the major contents which need a follow-up study and innovation in future.
