摘　　要：目的通过方法学比较实验对我科新旧两种全自动血液细胞分析仪测定WBC的值进行准确度和相关性分析、比较，确定两种仪器的值是否具有一致性。方法收集40例临床全血标本．分别用全自动血液细胞分析仪BC-3000Plus与BC-2000同时测定全血中WBC含量，分析两组结果相关性和检测结果的一致性。结果两种方法所得结果相关性良好（r=09986），两种结果预期偏差在允许偏差范围内，可以接受。结论在严格操作规程进行校准和质控在控条件的前提下，使用这两种血常规分析仪测定WBC，结果基本一致，在同一实验室可以同时使用两种仪器检测WBC。Objective Determination of the values was judged whether consistency between the two analyzer through analyses and compare the accuracy and relativity of WBC data tested separately by methodological comparison of full automatic BC-3000 and BC-2000 hematology analyzer. Method Test the WBC of 40 cases of whole blood samples collected by clinical at same time, analyses result relativity and monitor result consistency. Result Relativity ol the test result tested separately by BC-2000 and BC-3000 shows fine, r=0.9986, expected deviation is in range of acceptance. Conclusion From the test we can get result that on the circumstance of instrument calibration through adopts strict rules and under good quality control conditions,test WBC by the two apparatuses the test results are same basically, that is in one lab BC- 3000 and BC-2000 can be used to test WBC at same time.
