脾脏保留性手术在临床中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨脾保留性手术在临床中的应用。方法自20世纪90年代初至2007年1月共对211例病人施行了脾保留性手术。其中男性165例，女性46例。年龄15-56岁，平均38岁。脾损伤171例，门静脉高压症9例，脾囊肿10例，胰体尾部疾病21例。结果全部病例均获治愈。129例术后随访3个月至3年，主要指标为脾脏B超、cT及ECT等，效果均较为满意。结论只要遵循保脾治疗的基本原则，脾保留性手术在临床中应用安全、可行，值得推广。Objective To evaluate the application of serial operations of preserving spleen in the clinic.Methods Serial operations of preserving spleen were performed in 211 cases in our hospital from early 1990 to Jan 2007.The patient＇s ages ranged from 13 to 56 years,average 38 years;165 cases were male,46 were female.Diseases included splenic injury in 171 cases,portal hypertention in 9,splenic cyst in 10,and the lesion of pancreatic body and tail in 21.Results All the cases were cured. 129 patients were followed-up for 3 months to 3 years witheT,99rnTc scanning and ultrasonography.The results were satisfactory. Conclusion As long as we follow the fundamental principles Of spleen preserving treatment, the operations of preserving spleen in clinical application were safe and feasible.
