摘　　要：目的通过了解、归纳和总结泸州市产后访视的方法和模式，探讨产后护理的好方法，研究更广泛的母婴保健服务模式，保障母婴健康，为妇女儿童的健康提供更好的服务。方法利用全市3年的年报资料、不同方式的产后访视资料、入户调查、医院调查、街头宣传随机调查等方式获得的信息进行全面汇总分析。结果全方位、多渠道的产后护理模式是目前所需要的，尽可能地为产妇提供不同层次的产后护理。结论妇幼保健系统应充分利用自身网络，从宏观上进行指导和引导，提供多层次、多渠道的产褥期护理服务，提高母婴保健服务能力和服务水平。Purpose： By understanding, generalizing and concluding methods and modes of postnatal visit in Luzhou, the paper is to investigate proper attendance methods, study on more widely mother-infant health care patterns. Our final aim is to ensure mother-infant health and serve lnother-infant health better. Methods： Totally gathering analysis based on information from annual report data of three years in whole city, visit material of different postnatal visit, and surveys in households, hospitals, in addition to propaganda and random survey in street. Results： At present, comprehensive and multichannel attendance patterns is necessary, and it is needed to provide postnatal attendance of different levels. Conclusion： Woman child health care system should fully make use of personal network, give guidance and lead from the macrography, provide multilevel and multichannel attendance,in order to improve the service ability and service level of mothe--infant health care.
