摘　　要：经阴道彩色超声观察卵泡发育和子宫内膜厚度更直观准确，可掌握子宫、卵巢血流动力学变化规律．是不孕症诊治较好的辅助检查方法。Transvaginal Color Doppler Sonography is a more direct and accurate means to assess follicular development and endometrial thickness. Therefore it is an excellent assistant examination of infertility by mastering the law of hemodynamic of uterine and ovarian arteries.
