活血通腑治疗急性胰腺炎62例

摘　　要：目的比较活血通腑与清热通腑治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法将110例急性胰腺炎炎患者随机分成两组，治疗组62例在珏医抗炎补液禁食基础上配合中医活血通腑治疗，对照组48例在西医抗炎补液禁食基础上配合中药清热通腑治疗，并将两组治疗效果、疗程进行比较。结果治疗组治疗有效率93．2％，对照组治疗有效率88．7％，且治疗组疗程低于对照组。结论活血通腑法治疗急性胰腺炎效果明显优于清热通腑法。Object i ve Comparing the clinical efficacy of the chinese medicine HXTF method and the QRTF method.in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods Randomly dividing the 110 cases of acute pancreatitis into two groups,the first group,with 62 cases of patients,were treated with chinese medicine HXTF method in addition to conventional Western medicine as anti-inflammatory drug therapy, rehydration therapy and fasting treatment.the second group ,with 48 cases of patients, were treated with chinese medicine QRTF method in addition to conventional Western medicine as anti-inflammatory drug therapy, rehydration therapy and fasting treatment.Then comparing the clinical efficacy and the course of treatment of the two groups. Results The Efficiency of the first group treatment is 93.2%, the second group is 88.7%, And the course of the HXTF method is comlaarativelv short.
