摘　　要：目的建立毛冬青颗粒中腺苷的高效液相测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定腺苷的含量。KromasilC-18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），以磷酸盐缓冲液（pH6．5）．甲醇（17：3）为流动相，柱温为室温，流速为1ml·min^-1，检测波长为260nm。结果腺苷在0．18μg～0．90μg范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997，n=5），平均回收率为98．5％（RSD=1．28％）。结论该测定方法精密度高，重现性好，可用于毛冬青颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish the determination of Ribosidoadenine in Maodongqing Keli. Methods The determination was carded out by HPLC with a KromasilC-18 （ 150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） column, Phosphate buffered solution： Methanol （17：3） as a mobile phase, detection wavelength was at 260nm. Results Ribosidoadenine showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.18μg-0.90μg（r=0.9997, n=5）, The average recovery of Ribosidoadenine was 98.5%（RSD= 1.28%）. Conclusion The method is insensitive, accurate, reproducible, specific and can be used for quality control of Maodongqing Keli.
