复方银杏颗粒对拟血管性痴呆模型大鼠脑组织Bax表达的影响

摘  要:目的探讨复方银杏颗粒对拟血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织海马Bax表达的影响。方法通过反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉同时腹腔注射硝普钠制造拟血管性痴呆大鼠模型,光镜下观察大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞形态结构,免疫组化染色观察海马Bax表达的变化,进行Bax阳性细胞数测定。结果与模型组比较,复方银杏颗粒各剂量组神经细胞损伤有不同程度减轻,Bax阳性细胞数减少,且吸光度值降低,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论复方银杏颗粒对血管性痴呆大鼠脑组织Bax表达有一定抑制作用,其对血管性痴呆大鼠的大脑保护作用可能与抗脑细胞凋亡机制有关。objective: To observe the effect of Gingko compound recipe granula on the expression of Bax in brain tissue in rats models of vascular dementia. Methods: Established Vascular Dementia rats models in common carotid artery repeatedly occlusion and Sodium Nitroprusside intraperitoneal injection. Used Immunohistochemistry to observe the expression of Bax in brain tissue hippocampus and measured Bax positive cell in brain tissue. Resu Its : Compared with Model group, nerve cell damage lessened in Gingko compound recipe granula group. And the number of Bax positive cell of Gingko compound recipe granula group reduced, the luminous density value lessened. The difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusions: Gingko compound recipe granula caused a degree of inhibition to the expression of Bax in brain tissue in vascular dementia rats. The protection of the granula to cerebrum of vascular dementia rats may relate to antiapoptotic mechanisms in brain cell.
