摘 要:采用均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)和过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)双固化剂固化聚丁二烯环氧树脂(ELPB),制备了ELPB/PMDA/BPO耐高温胶粘剂。研究结果表明,BPO对PMDA固化ELPB体系中环氧基团的固化反应没有影响,但对ELPB体系中双键的固化反应影响显著,并进一步促进了胶粘剂中互穿聚合物网络(IPN)的形成;由于交联密度的提高,ELPB/PMDA/BPO胶粘剂的耐热性能增加(耐热温度提高8℃左右),但固化物的脆性也随之增大,导致对铝/铝合金的剪切强度从15MPa左右降低至13MPa左右。The high temperature resistant adhesive was prepared based on liquid polybutadiene epoxy resin (ELPB) cured by pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and benzoyl peroxide (BPO). The research results showed that the influence of BPO on curing reaction of epoxy group in ELPB cured by PMDA was nonexistent, but the influence of BPO on curing reaction of double bond in ELPB was obvious, so BPO can more promote the IPN formation in the adhesive. The thermal stability of ELPB/PMDA/BPO adhesive was improved with elevation of crosslink density and heat resistant temperature was enhanced at about 8 ℃, but shear strength was decreased from about 15 MPa to 13 MPa because the brittleness of curing product was increased with elevation of crosslink density for Al-Al alloy bonding sample.
