摘 要:作为电动车用的定子双馈电双凸极(SDFDS)电机,具有励磁磁场可独立调节的优点。为了满足电动车自身既要求效率高、又要求宽调速范围内转矩响应快的特点,使用基于损耗模型的方法实现了SDFDS电机的在线效率优化。但其控制性能取决于电机损耗模型的精度,而这却受电机参数变化和模型简化假设影响。对此采用对实测数据进行最小二乘法辨识来获取电机的损耗模型参数。基于此损耗模型,仿真和实验结果表明,SDFDS电机的效率提高效果较明显,验证了其有效性。As a motor designed for electric vehicles ( EV), the stator-doubly-fed doubly salient ( SD- FDS) motor had the advantage of regulating the field flux independently. To satisfy the demands of EV of high efficiency and fast torque response in wide range of velocity, the loss model based controller (LMC) was used to realize the on-line efficiency optimization and high dynamic response of SDFDS motor. But its performance depended on the accuracy of the loss model, which affected by the parameter variations and simplifying assumptions. To solve this problem, the loss model parameters were identified by the least-squares algorithm with the measured data in this paper. Based on the identified loss model, the simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
